Russell Gibson and Gibson Tanner Rabin LLP assisted the Galilee Mission Centre of Arnprior before the Town of Arnprior Committee of Adjustment to sever surplus lands from its property at 398 John Street North, Arnprior, Ontario, for the purpose of creating a new lot for future development in the Town of Arnprior.<\/p>\n

The Application for consent was granted on February 7th, 2025, pursuant to Section 51(24) of the Planning Act, with consideration as to whether a plan of subdivision of the land was in accordance with Section 50 of the said Act is necessary for the proper and orderly development of the municipality.<\/p>\n

The Committee determined in its reason for decision that the proposed lot conforms to the policies of the Provincial Planning Statement and the Town\u2019s Official Plan and Zoning By-law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
