Elle a aussi travaill\u00e9 comme b\u00e9n\u00e9vole \u00e0 la clinique de droit de l\u2019emploi de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ottawa. Chantale d\u00e9tient \u00e9galement une ma\u00eetrise en administration des affaires (MBA) et la d\u00e9signation professionnelle de comptable agr\u00e9\u00e9 (CPA, CGA). Avant d\u2019exercer le droit, Chantale a eu une carri\u00e8re remarquable au sein de la fonction publique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale o\u00f9 elle a occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes \u00e0 titre de sous-ministre adjoint et dirigeante principale des finances au sein de minist\u00e8res f\u00e9d\u00e9raux et soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de la Couronne.
