Our general practice areas form the 4 pillars of the firm. The 4 pillars are corporate/commercial law, real estate law, wills & estates, and litigation/family law. The logo of the firm contains 4 distinct elements or bars representing each of these 4 pillars.
Each of the 4 practice pillars is led by a partner practicing with an emphasis on an area of law in each of the 4 pillars. These complimentary practice areas are supported by a team consisting of experienced counsel, associates, as well as by licensed paralegals and clerks.
The firm operates from downtown Ottawa – court house district on Metcalfe Street with easy access to the Superior and Federal Courts, as well as to the various provincial and federal ministry offices required for our law practices.
Our History
The firm draws upon law practices with roots in the national capital region spanning a period of 50 plus years. The firm was formed by the four founding partners Russell Gibson, Jason Rabin, and Harland Tanner in 2024. The firm began operations with 12 lawyers, two registered paralegals, and 10 clerks and support personnel.
