Marc Denhez is a bilingual lawyer and mediator in land-use planning matters.
Marc is retired from the Senior Management Group of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney-General, where he served on what is now the Ontario Land Tribunal. In his law practice, Marc has advised all ten provinces on aspects of planning law, and had assignments in 14 countries, including at UNESCO’s Paris headquarters, where he conducted three program reviews.
Marc chaired a national government-industry task force on the residential renovation industry; and aside from over 800 tribunal decisions, he was published over 250 times, in seven languages. Two of his publications were distributed by the International Union of Local Authorities, and the World Bank. Marc is the author of a book entitled The Canadian Home.
