Sarah has concentrated her practice in the areas of Corporate and Commercial law, and Wills and Estates.
Sarah offers strategic and comprehensive advice to clients and represents them on business acquisitions and sales (assets and shares), contract negotiations, transactions, professional corporations, shareholder agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. Sarah also works extensively in commercial leasing, incorporations, corporate restructuring and corporate reorganizations.
In addition and often related to her corporate work, Sarah provides estate planning and estate administration services.
